  1. Check Availability
    View the availability calendar on the booking page. Each date displays open rooms or slots.
  2. Select Your Dates
    Click on your arrival date, then your departure date.
  3. Set Number of Guests
    Indicate how many adults, teens and children will be staying by clicking the “+” or “–.”
  4. Confirm Booking
    Click on the Book Now button to add this booking to your cart.
  5. Reservation Lock
    Please note that unpaid bookings in the cart are reserved for 15 minutues. After that time the reservation lock is released and accessible to other users.

  1. Cancellation 56 days or more before the arrival date: 75% refund of the accommodation fee.

  2. Cancellation 55–21 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the accommodation fee.

  3. Cancellation 20–0 days before the arrival date: No refund of the accommodation fee.

  4. No refunds are issued due to weather conditions, natural events, delays, or if the guest does not show up.

  1. If you want to book more and pay everything at once then start by placing this booking into your cart by pressing the Book Now button. 
  2. When you have placed the last booking into your cart then you can pay for the entire cart content at once.
  3. Please note that unpaid bookings in the cart are reserved for 15 minutes. After that time the reservation lock is released and those accommodations will be available to other users.

    Instructions

    1. Under dates you will see available accommodations.
    2. First select arrival date.
    3. Next select departure date.
    4. Then select number of guests in each age category.
    5. Maximum number of quests per booking is 6 .
    6. Maximum number of guests per age category is 4.
    7. Enter personal information for all guests.
    8. Click on Book to put the booking into your cart..
    9. If you want to book other cabins and pay all at once then first place this booking into your cart and then select a cabin from the booking cabin list, which you can also access on the next page. When you have added all cabins to your cart then you can proceed to payment. Note that unpaid bookings in the cart are reserved for 15 minutes, after which the booked accommodations can be booked by others.

    • 14 days before date: 50% refund.

    • 7 days before date: 25% refund.

    • Less than 7 days from date 0% refund

    • No refunds are issued due to weather conditions, natural events, delays, or if the guest does not show up.
